The development was divided into a private section of apartment blocks with a retail section and the public section comprised of the sports and leisure facility which comprised of a sports hall, 25m swimming pool, fitness gym and ancillary hall for aerobics and other classes

A key feature of this success of the scheme was the decision by Bennett to employ a specialist architect for the leisure aspect of the scheme and a lead architect (MCA) for the overall development.  The design management by Bennett at an early stage in the project led to cost on programme efficiencies throughout the build process.
