Bennett Construction Ltd have been awarded a new six storey residential devlopment consisting of 62 apartments.

Bennett Construction have started working on the refurbishment of 1970's apartment block at Charles Allen House, Amwell Street, Grainger Plc.

The project involved the construction of a 450 room student residence incorporating a 25m swimming pool

Abbeychant Development appointed Bennett to construct new housing development on the Farnham Estate in Co. Cavan.

The project consisted of 68 Apartments and 5700m² of office space with 4 large retail units at the bottom facing the water.

This is a five block development.

The project comprised of the construction of a four storey block with semi basement which was cut into the slope by a maximum of 2.5m.

This contract was constructed in two phases

Bennett Construction Ltd were appointed as Main Contractor by Dublin City Council to construct 66 apartments for Senior Citizens

Bennett Construction have been appointed by Urbanista to carry out the design and construction of the redevelopment of 11 Netherhall Gardens.

The project involved the Design & Construction of a 125 Bed (3 star) hotel, 154 apartments, 2,000 sq.m of retail space and 4,000 sq.m of office space.
