This project involved the construction of Letterkenny Civic Offices. The office houses Letterkenny Town Council and Donegal County Council and is a one stop shop for all local authority services. The green sedum roof, exposed internal structure and natural ventilation strategy means that the running costs and environmental impact of the building are extremely low.

The building sits on 35m long precast piles which were driven through what effectively is a swamp. The temporary and enabling works necessary to manage this situation were considerable but the building was still delivered ahead of time and on budget to an extremely satisfied client.
