Bennett won this PPP project to deliver leisure facilities in the newly regenerated Ballymun Town Centre in 2003.

This highly modern mixed use development has four floors facing onto Ballymun Road reducing to three floors at the rear.

The project involved the design & build of the Dundalk Student Accommodation

This project involved the construction of Letterkenny Civic Offices. The office houses Letterkenny Town Council and Donegal County Council and is a one stop shop for all local authority services.
