The integration of the bespoke SAS Ceiling systems, Feco Demountable Wall Systems and unique timber cladded pod units delivered a series of architecturally designed rooms. Each element consisted of specifically profiled radial arrangements that were designed to meet the complicated radial furniture layout and to enhance the acoustic requirements of the building.
The main internal features to the large open atrium area consists of natural limestone tiling with a specific fossil design, a structural steel bridge walkway at each level clad with premium grade oak, curved timber acoustic handrails to all floors, a mixture of Wallnut and Oak timber cladding. The open sided duplex lift is clad externally with a mixture of Oak timber panelling and SAS acoustic wall panelling. All floors have raised access floors to conceal the complex arrangement for Mechanical and Electrical services. They are finished with carpet specifically laid to meet the furniture fit outs requirements. The restaurant area has a fully fitted out kitchen and unique servery area completed with granite worktops and timber clad servery counters.
This project was completed within a tight programme and within budget without compromising our professional service and quality. The client’s reference being testament to this.
