This project consisted of ground floor office fit-out for Bank of New York Mellon, Guild House, Guild St, IFSC, Dublin 1.

There is a 20 person meeting room, 10 person meeting room, two 6 person meeting rooms and one 8 person meeting room.

There are two kitchenette lounges (one executive and one staff) and a  flexible presentation room with dividing wall and two projector screens which seats 32 persons.

There are three offices and a large open plan office area, open plan office area, open plan executive suite situated in the centre of the building. There is also a large reception area, mail room and a store room and a vending area.
