This signature project involved the construction and phased handover of the Production Plant facility, Coldstore and National Distribution Centre offices and the new IAWS Headquarter offices on a green field 23 acre site within the Grangecastle Business Park, Lucan, Co. Dublin.

At the southern end of the site are the H.Q. offices.  This 5-storey building contains a basement and is of reinforced concrete construction with a structural steel roof.  The H.Q. offices house Telesales and Administration and Director level suites.

The finishes, both internal and external to the main H.Q. offices are of a very high standard.  The front façade is clad by a combination of flush toggle curtain walling, separated by bands of Jura limestone cladding and Zimbabwe black granite cladding and spanwall at penthouse level.

The finishes inside all areas of the build are impressive with raised access floor and suspended ceilings offering good flexibility for office layout.   The offices were finished internally utilizing the Tecno system partitions from Italy.

The new complex is well landscaped to an area.  The feature pond area in front of the H.Q. offices serves as an attenuation lake for storm water and also supplies the sprinkler pump house which covers both Coldstore and Production.
