Deutsche Bank Office Fit-Out

This fit-out project was unusual in that the Client wished to use the exposed concrete shell structure and stainless steel services ducting as interior design features.

Development Summary

This fit-out project was unusual in that the Client wished to use the exposed concrete shell structure and stainless steel services ducting as interior design features. The concrete ceilings and the services ducting used to provide the power, light and air conditioning to the office space were left open to view.

These requirements were met through the use of specialist contractors such as sail makers to provide canvas ceilings. Other features include extensive use of beech plywood, glass walls on meeting rooms and whiteboard cladding on walls that allow them to be used as a presentation surface.
