This project involved the construction of a five storey office building with basement carpark and ground floor retail units, complete with fit-out of the building. The single greatest challenge on this project was the management of the logistics. The site is located on perhaps the busiest thoroughfare in Dublin and is bounded on 3 sides by busy city centre streets and on the fourth side by an adjoining building.

This required extremely detailed project planning and traffic management strategies as well as daily liaison with the local authorities, neighbouring properties' owners as well as a number of adjacent construction sites.
