Investec Bank Fit-Out

The project involved the full fit out of three floors and the common areas of the Harcourt Building

Development Summary

The project involved the full fit out of three floors and the common areas of the Harcourt Building to strict corporate standards set by this worldwide client. Each floor was split equally into enclosed and open plan space, and the internal finishes had to be carefully integrated with the specialist external and atrium glazing system.

A distinctive feature of this project was that it was carried out in a building that was currently occupied by other tenants in a built-up area that was being affected by ongoing Luas construction work. Because of this some of the work had to take place outside normal working hours so as not to disturb existing tenants on other floors. It was also necessary to arrange road closures at nights and at weekends to allow crane lifting of materials such as glass, folding partitions and slabs to the required level.
