This project involved the fit out works to the six storey office building Riverside IV, Dublin 2. Ground Floor – reception, gymnasium, library, canteen, I.T. stations and some offices / meeting rooms.

1st to 5th floors – generally fitted out with two person cellularised office with some open plan office space (secretarial) and meeting rooms; storage areas and tea station areas to floors also.

The 6th floor is the Client area with meeting rooms throughout and some back of house areas such as kitchen, storage, showers etc., workstation furniture including storage, furniture to ancillary areas.
