This project involved the fitting out of a new 60,000ft2 European Headquarters for eBay. The fit out included ceilings, partitions, raised access floors, security installation, full M&E of the air-conditioned offices, floor finishes and furniture, as well as all external hard and soft landscaping and utility hook-ups.

The demanding programme for the project was achieved through focused project management of the sub-contract packages by Bennett, combined with detailed forward planning of resources and activities. Detailed forward planning involved daily meetings of sub-contractors in order to take immediate action on any slippage to the programme.
