Development Summary

This project comprised of a new office development located on the Arkle Road in Sandyford Industrial Estate. The two buildings that comprise The Atrium development, represent the largest body of work conducted in the area in the previous ten years. Both six storey over double basement buildings equate to a total of 32,700 sq.m.


Bennett had sole responsibility for all aspects of the development, to shell and core completion. The main body of the buildings were reinforced concrete frames, with glass and cladding external finish.  The central atrium space is the heart of the project around which the open-plan offices from the perimeter of the enclosure.

This high quality office development also comprises ancillary storage available within the two storey podium car parking.
