This design and build project is the new national headquarters for the Office of Public Works. The works consisted of the shell and core construction of a 4 storey over basement office building. This building is a circular building with a clear internal space of 12m. The external perimeter circumference is partly curtain wall glazed and partly stone clad. The interior circumference is also curtain wall glazed. There is a central atrium with a glass roof and a planar glazed external wall.
There are additional elements of copper and timber cladding. The carpark building is a pre-cast concrete column slab with wire mesh cladding to the north and south elevations with copper cladding to the vertical circulation cores. The building is designed as a naturally ventilated building with a triple opening façade strategy.
