The purpose of the project was to construct a new show room and associated gardens on the existing Kilsaran Paving factory site.

The existing site was a green field site located just outside the existing factory. The building consists of a concrete frame with precast slab floors. The façade consisted of cavity blocks and full length windows with a distinct render finish to match the exposed concrete columns on the front.
Roof consisted of paralon finish with paved roof terrace to the front. A distinct feature was the Brise Soleil above the main entrance.

The area was landscaped to a very high standard around the building incorporating all the Kilsaran paving products to give different garden design tastes including a pool and stream running through the car park

Two access roads were constructed including the realignment of the main road which leads to the Building.
