The work involved the construction of a manufacturing building, offices and research and development unit. The structure for manufacturing and offices consists of a single storey steel frame with external cladding of aluminium and steel insulated panels and curtain walling.

The Research and Development unit is a three storey steel framed structure with a combination of polished masonry, external walls, aluminium cladding and curtain walling.
