The site of the project, Farnham Estate, is about three miles from Cavan Town and comprises some 1,240 acres of historical woodland and lakes, complete with aceremonial road that weaves through the estate.

The project involved the construction of a new 158 bedroom hotel, a conference centre, a wellness spa centre and an 18 hole championship golf course with a state of the art PGA golf centre. It includes the integration of a number of listed structures such as Farnham House (which was restored to provide additional bedroom suites).

We had a dedicated conservation team on site to carry out the restoration works on the listed structures working closely with the conservation architects and interior designers.
