The hotel comprises of 14 storeys, 129 bedrooms, built over a basement, which houses the staff areas and storage units.

Bennett Construction Limited were appointed to convert the existing Chief O’Neills Hotel in Smithfield into a 500 bed Hostel for Generator Hostels – the leading hostel chain in Europe.  Generator Hostels aim to capitalise on the backpacker market in Ireland and has other hostel facilities in London and Berlin, with a total of 1,750 beds, and is developing others.

BCL has been awarded the £6.5m contract to construct a 9 storey hotel over basement on a site at the junction of Lavington Street and Great Suffolk Street London SE1.

The site of the project, Farnham Estate, is about three miles from Cavan Town and comprises some 1,240 acres of historical woodland and lakes

Bennett Construction have been awarded the contract to build a 96 bed Travelodge Hotel with ground floor retail space and an underground carpark at 214-218 Cricklewood Broadway.

The project involved the Design & Construction of a 125 Bed (3 star) hotel, 154 apartments, 2,000 sq.m of retail space and 4,000 sq.m of office space.
