The works involved the construction of four new purpose designed buildings including an office administration block, the Ioversol production building, a warehouse building and a plant operations building. An on site treatment plant was also constructed consisting of two specialist settlement units. The complete complex was landscaped with service roads, carparks and a fire fighting overflow pond.
