The project consisted of a two-storey office building to the front with a large warehousing area to the rear, with the two building being joined together by a linking building that also provided a reception area. The external landscaping incorporates water, trees and rolling terrain to fit in with the rest of the Citywest Business Campus, providing invisible boundaries and a great sense of space.
