Development Summary

The project consists of the construction of a 14.5m high bay warehouse project measuring 18,652sq.m., a 10.5m high distribution facility including welfare facilities measuring 2,979m² ancillary, a 2-storey office administration area measuring 1,728m² and a transport depot 545m² on a 5.26 hectare site.

The building comprises of a long span steel partal truss frame, composite cladding, precast floors, IKO Flat Roof, membrane system, extensive bulk excavation and site works were all carried out in an overall fast-track 8 month intensive programme.
