The project involved the construction of a new dry goods warehouse on a green field site, together with a two storey office block, plant services building and a security building. The contract also included the construction of a vehicle marshalling area and a car park. The project was fast tracked, with detailed design taking place as the works progressed on site, with Bennett personnel providing ‘buildability’ solutions to the design team as required.
