The works involved the construction of a new 3 bay portal steel framed warehouse for ‘Dry-Goods’ storage for the Musgrave Group on a 20 acre greenfield site at Boycetown, Kilcock.

The complete scheme entails 150,000 sq. ft. of warehouse, 2 storey office block, ancillary offices, services housing, a vehicle maintenance building and an automated truck wash. The contract also included the construction of a concrete ring road and a car park.
