Bank of Ireland -Future Branch Models

Bennett Construction Limited has successfully tendered and secured a place on the BOI framework agreement for the refurbishment and upgrading of the bank’s branches throughout the country in line with the restructuring and roll out of their FBM (Future Branch Model). This opportunity follows on from current and past works with the Bank.

The works are being carried out on a rolling basis during 2012 and 2013 both North and South of the border with many of the projects running concurrently.  BCL has set up a dedicated team of in-house professionals and supply chain partners to successfully deliver this project.  In order to limit disruption to the public and to the bank’s staff, the works are being completed primarily at weekends and in out of hours operations.

Typically the works involve the remodeling of the front of house public areas to allow for the provision of new self service suites, browse walls and open/ cellular consultation areas.  Upgrading of security lobbies, ceilings, services, floor finishes, furnishings and central internet units complete the scope.

We are delighted to be afforded the opportunity to continue working with this client which further reinforces our company ethos of providing value to our clients and of having a competent, business friendly team with a hands on approach from all senior management.
