This project involved the design & build of a 190,000 sq. ft. office building in the IFSC, Dublin. This ultra modern office building was constructed on an eleven month fast track programme with client and subsequent tenant fit-out requirements being incorporated as work progressed.

Internal areas were fully air conditioned and had high specification raised floors installed for easy installation of electrical and data communications services to ensure that future tenants could rely fully on the information shown on the design drawings when planning their fit-out.
