Christopher Bennett – Non Executive Chairman
Christopher is a leader in his field and as such has initiated and implemented some of the most innovative and progressive construction property deals in Ireland, the UK, the US and more recently entering the UAE market.

Robert (Bob) Heathfield – Non Executive Director
Bob has been on the board of a number of leading construction companies, including Trafalgar House and Ballast Wiltshire. He was also Chairman of SECBE and President of CIOB leaving him well placed to advise on our UK business strategy for the South East.
Bob brings to the board considerable experience of the UK and international construction markets.
Qualifications - F.C.I.O.B Liveryman and Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of Contractors / Experience - 43 years
Paul McGee – Joint Managing Director UK & Ireland
Paul has been one of the driving forces of our organisation and as such has recently taken up the position as Joint Managing Director of Bennett. His expertise has been instrumental in developing the strategy of the Bennett Group and in our achievement of excellence in construction initiatives. His principles are based on exemplars of best practice and in summary he expects and delivers excellence in a manner that is safe, practical and cost effective.
Qualifications - FCIOB, MSc Project Management, BSc Building Technology /Experience - 17 years
Paul Bruton – Joint Managing Director UK & Ireland
Paul has played a pivotal role in developing and monitoring the surveying and cost control functions of the company. As a board member he has been instrumental in securing a number of key client contracts and has guided and developed the company into its dominant market position today. Paul‘s strengths lie in his in–depth knowledge and experience of construction cost data evaluation and control.
Qualifications - Dip Const Law, BSc Cons Economics, MScArtsICIOB / Experience - 18 years
Carole Smillie – Construction Director
As a member of the Board of Directors Carole is a principal decision maker in our organisation. She began her career as an engineer, and quickly progressed through the ranks to her current role as Construction Director. Carole possesses extensive commercial experience having delivered a variety of mixed development projects; which include but are not limited to high tech laboratories, heritage, hotel and leisure and prestigious commercial office builds.
Qualifications - B.Eng MSc Eng / Experience - 15 years
Michael is responsible for all corporate finance functions from funding, to investment and financial deal structuring. He has an excellent professional reputation and has built strong external client relationships.
